By using marlyuncacia.com or engaging my professional services, you agree to these general Terms of Service.
Services
Marly Uncacia provides creative direction, audiovisual production, AI-assisted filmmaking, brand strategy, web design and related creative services.
The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and specific conditions of each project will be defined in a separate proposal, quotation or agreement accepted by the client.
Payments and Changes
Payment terms and revision rounds will be specified in each project agreement.
Additional work or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or adjustments to the delivery schedule.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables will be defined in the corresponding project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed work may be displayed in my portfolio and professional communications. Third-party assets, software and AI-generated or AI-assisted materials remain subject to their applicable licences and terms.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the information, materials, feedback and approvals required to complete the project and for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any materials they provide.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, without affecting any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.
